Traffic-Light-System

After acquiring the technical skills, the student learns to arrange their game in such a way that he can determine his own stroke speed within a range of +/- 10 km/h and still play the ball precisely to the desired point. 
 The ``traffic light game`` helps to achieve this:
Green: no time, physical or mental restrictions on the stroke = 90% technically adjusted impact speed.
Yellow: low temporal, physical and mental restriction on the stroke = 70% technically adjusted impact speed.
Red: high temporal, physical and mental restriction on the stroke = 50% technically adjusted impact speed.

PRIVATE TRAINING

Individual training in which the student is guided technically, strategically and conditionally. Personal and individual support through professional trained coaches, as well as support of the tennis game through suggestions for fitness, coordination and mental aspects. Training units by arrangement through consultation with our coaches.

BALL SPORTS SCHOOL

Learning tennis with fun and system: Through polysportive training with a focus on tennis, even the youngest children can learn to move playfully. 1 training session per week in a large group.

CLUB TRAINING

For club members: Tennis as a hobby for individuals and the whole family. Integration for people interested in tennis into existing club structures under the clubs social and sports aspects. 1 – 2 training sessions of 90 min per week max. Groups of 4. 1 – 2 training camps per year. In addition to technical and coordination training, the team training ensures social integration and good team cohesion. The Club Team Training offers a good sporting and social environment and alternative from the daily routine.

CHALLENGE TRAINING

Next level training: Introduction to the idea of performance in the fields of technique, athletics and discipline with the aim of placement in the Cantonal Championships and regular participation in competitions. 1 – 2 individual training sessions per week. 3 – 4 times group training per week. 1 – 2 training camps per year. 1 – 2 athletics camps per year. Training concept at competition level: Tennis as the only focus besides school? goals? scholarship? professional? Goal: 1-2 years of decision making between club players with a secondary sport or with focus towards college training.

COLLEGE TRAINING

School and Sport as a School-of-Life: 4 – 5 days of tennis per week with individual training plan. 1 – 2 training camps each abroad, athletics/mental, technical per year. 1 year abroad. The clear aim is that the focus should consist of family, school and tennis and to optimally combine study with tennis. The path under the motto “School and Sport as a School-of-Life” leads to the classification as a player on national level.
