Our Training Philosophy
Our training philosophy is to train holistically, intensively and individually on a long-term basis in small groups in an intimate environment of maximum 8 students of different ages using the following methods: Point of contact oriented method with the earliest possible contact adapted to the respective trainee. Simple movement sequences adapted to the physique of the trainee. The fastest route to becoming an “athlete” as a whole, from the physical to the mental level, in particular with the inclusion of self-motivation and self-discipline. Good basic technical training in all areas, where the short-term success is not important, but that the students learn first and then feel what they are doing, so that they later recognize in which situation they use which stroke at what speed.
